Payment Envelope Explanation
For your convenience and to keep a better record of your payments to the band, we have established a regular payment envelope that we would like you to utilize. These envelopes are available in the Band Room, Mr. Riffle's office, or can be printed online. A helpful tip: take a few extra envelopes home and that way they will be there when you need them.
Some General Reminders:
- Please pay for each fundraiser separately. Often there are several fundraisers running at the same time, but to avoid confusion we need each payment turned in its own separate envelope.
- Whenever possible please pay by check or money order. We have only had a few payment discrepancies but it seems that these always involved cash payments. Check should be made payable to: South Allegheny Band Parents.
- When the students turn in their fundraisers please make sure their names are on both the order forms and the payment envelopes.
- Please staple the payment envelope to the front of the order forms.
